Shipping

Rosenbach Contemporary is pleased to ship original works of art and museum quality reproductions to collectors worldwide.

Each artwork is carefully inspected, professionally packaged, and insured prior to shipment to ensure it arrives safely.

Processing Time

  • Original artworks typically ships within 3–7 business days after payment has been received.
  • Custom-framed works or special orders may require additional preparation time. If so, we will notify you promptly.
  • Reproductions may require up to 14 days to reproduce prior to shipping.

Shipping Methods

We use trusted international carriers such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, EMS, or other professional art shipping services, depending on the destination and the nature of the artwork.

All shipments include tracking whenever available.

Insurance

Every original artwork is fully insured while in transit. In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and retain all original packaging so that we may assist with an insurance claim.

Customs & Import Duties

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Israel: 2–5 business days
  • North America: 5–10 business days
  • Europe: 4–8 business days
  • Other international destinations: 5–15 business days

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Returns

Rosenbach Contemporary as a policy does not accept returns. However, on a case to case basis we will make every effort to accommodate.

Damaged Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged:

  1. Photograph the packaging and the artwork immediately.
  2. Notify Rosenbach Contemporary within 48 hours of delivery.
  3. Keep all original packing materials until the claim has been resolved.

We will work with you, the shipping carrier and insurer to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
